The brick is listed as a "super light", so I think that means that this is in fact a lighter brick to achieve the low weight.

The BnF version is $79

I'll be interested in the lighter brick, but the airplane its self does not seem to be any more comfortable in tight places than a normal vapor.

I know, it's insulting.

I usually end up ordering from the UK as it's cheaper even with 19% VAT and shipping, 1-2 months before they even get to Sweden.
I'm all for supporting my local hobby shop but when the distributor (Procar AB) racks up the prices I'm out, don't see why I should have to pay up to 100% more.

But it seems Procar's gone belly up although they're still listed as distributors on the Horizon website.

Hey Chuck - thanks!

It appears that it will easily fly in a typical living room. Should be a great compliment to my nCPX. No more fixed-wing withdrawals on those 20-30 below zero (F) winter days!

RC,

LOL! Damn near spit up my coffee when I read your post! I can see it now - living room pylon racing...

Looks like we need some new terminology:

ROCT = Rise Off Coffee Table

FSTST = Flying Slower Than the Speed of Thought

LOH = Land On Houseplant

I just got off the phone with Horizon. The website does not show expected ship dates yet. But, the guy on phone sales told me sometime in the latter part of November.

I have one of the receiver bricks on back order, as well as one of the BnF planes. But, no specs are listed on the brick, so we don't know what it will weigh yet. My fingers are crossed that it will be some reasonable amount lighter than the 3.3g original Vapor brick.
