i ordered a p51 on 10/11/2012 . payment was made by paypall instant.i received an email later that day with tracking number. the tracking number information states the same today 10/18/2012 as it did on 10/11/2012. ups states a label has been created but item has not been received.this company has only a local phone number. they have yet to respond to two attempts to clear this matter up through email. i will never in the future purchaes from a vendor that does not make a phone contact available.grayson hobby and their people should have more respect toward their customers.

You are not alone. They don't have the best reputation for customer service, communication or sometimes even showing up to open their own store during their stated business hours.
Just use the search function in the vendor forum with their name, and you will find thread after thread with complaints just like yours.
