Na, crabs can't fly. It will be a sting ray once it's painted and I give it some eyes. Hope to get it up in the air this weekend.

Wow, cool thread & cool design!

I don't know how the USPS does it, but they got me my Foam-Tac from west Michigan to Northern California in a day and a half. Shipped monday evening arrived wednesday morning.

I can finally resume the project I've been working on. A twin-boom pusher FPV plane. Everything here is held together by foam-tac or gorilla-glue mixed with foam-tac.

Thanks again, Greg (WMParkflyers), for getting the bottles out quickly.

Does the plane have to be fully 100% beacon foam-tac to qualify? By the time I'm done with mine it'll be probably 2/3 FT and 1/3 Gorilla Glue. Just got my first bottle of FT.

Well, that's a big surprise. I just put the stingray in this thread on a whim. Here's some photos of the (almost) finished stingray. I hope to maiden it tomorrow, weather permitting. Seriously, Foam-Tac speeded up the build, and made the plane stronger then using any other glue.

I also have been using Foam-Tac to repair my much abused EPP pizza box flyer. Unlike gorilla glue or Welder all purpose glue, repairs are invisible and quick. Hinges made from Foam-Tac are also stronger than Welder, and don't yellow over time.
