Sam . . . .. you can't escape it do an IL-76 foamie!. . .or perhaps a Dash-7 or even the Avro-Canada Jetliner.. . . North America's first passenger jet.

But I would finish your Concorde first Sam.

Go with something simple first like the DC-9. Less engines is easier.

How about DC9-10/15 is 70's Saudi Arabian Airlines livery?, they had 2 of either 10 or 15 series....

OR

Fokker F28-100 also in Saudia livery as they have few of these in early fleet....

You got your plane picked and you got your audience, what else do you need.

And, if you have a nice grass flying field, you can make things even simpler by foregoing the landing gear and just bellying it in. The DC-9 design is ideal for that.

That would depend on the quality of the grass surface, of course.

Theres An idea Sam. . .make a small 40 inch long DC-9-20 series. . .you know the shortie of the DC-9 family and make it a hand-launch belly lander like my ERJ-145.

Ok done deal here guyzz, DC9-10/15 is Saudi livery as hand launch n belly lander to be done.....

Construction will start right after Constellation's maiden flight at the end of this month!, this will be kool in between n different sort of project before I get back to Concorde build....

Questions...

Would Dollar store 3mm foam board's deporn would be good to make wings n outer skin of fuselage?

Would this be easily able to take LE bends on main wing if I were to make both top n bottom panels form single sheet n just bend at LE and gluing at TE with few airfoil ribs in between reinforced with CF tubes....
