I get a user who provokes me, so I tell him that I'm putting him on the ignore user list to let him know that I'm done with him, (per admin's and moderator's suggestions over the years). he receives a point for provocation. Now I receive a point for provocation and the moderator's comments are:
"Do not insult or mock other users or openly discuss your ignore list."
Where on the rules page does it say that I cannot discuss the ignore user's list? http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/wlist.php
The answer is... It does not. Based on what I've seen over the years, there are going to be lots of reported posts for lots of users based on the "ignore user" comment. I don't have problems with editing to keep the peace, but should be consistancy. Adding things to the rules after the fact doesn't help steering clear of warnings. What exactly should be removed according to the rules? If the "ignore user" comment is unacceptable, it should be added to the published rules to prevent future problems.
