great job, I am trying to fit it together now.

I can only get it to link with "-mfloat-abi=softfp" with the codesourcery toolchain.

Do you use another toolchain or a custom build lib?

Okay, thanks that did the trick.

Maybe you could include it in the wiki.

Keep it flying.

On my first test with the Discovery F3 I thought it had more flash ROM and RAM than it should. Bad Idea to have a Discovery F3 and F4 connected at the same time ...

Hi Lilvinz,

I have been following these threads with big interest. Seems like you have been doing a great job so far. It will be interesting to see whether it will grow a lively group of users once the boards become available. Probably this will also depend on the availability of the original CC3D board. I have 2 questions for you at this stage.

1. Is the ‘reloaded’ thread specifically for the F3 discovery and the other thread for the F4 discovery? The topic title is not very clear in this?

2. How do you power the board. I can see one of the BECS on the ESC is still connected, however the +5v and ground connection on the ‘breadboard’ does not seem to be connected to anything when I look at the solderpoints on the bottom. Can you post a big picture of the bottom of this board so that I can draw a schematic for it? The pin assignment posted in the github doesn't mention this. I am going to use the F3 board btw.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Menno

Hi Livinz,

I have look at the BOM for this and wondering why you add another flash chip? Is this for datalogging? Or you stored the OpenPilot fw in that flashchip?

If its for datalogging, can i built one without it?

Cheers,

Yovi

Menno I think reloaded is specifically for F3.

Guys can someone make a code build with this code inside: http://forums.openpilot.org/topic/14...ght-with-cc3d/

This looks promising , please please

In two days I will have my F3 at home waiting to be mounted to a plane for testing

Hi there,

My name is Nuno and I'm from Portugal. I'm new to OpenPilot but I have an F3 and a F4 board. I would like to use F3 to control my quadcopter built with an X525 frame. I took a look at your code, but since I'm not really used to these kind of develop board programming, I'm not able to identify the ports that you've on the board you've built. You gave us a port map but how can I identify the pins? Can you please tell me how can I identify each pin so I can make the connections and solder them? Or can you give a simple picture/ draft identifying each pin extension on the protoboard?

Thanks! Best Regards,
