Tom while its nice to give the sneak peak, you haven't posted meaningful details.
I was about to go and order some like V8 did but stopped realizing I may not be able to use them if they can't be setup in certain ways.

Are there any instructions or manual that comes along with your sources?
I need to understand the radio setup and or transition trigger point in usec or travel +/-%.

Welp my brake system came in today. Wheels are pretty nice, but they do have some weight to them. I have to say pretty well made. Now the bad part, the controller (yellow sequencer like part) didn't arrive with the wheels. So im not sure if these function off the rx/ spare channel (connector is a JST) or they forgot to ship tue controller. Either way im pretty pissed! So im waiting on an email.

Well now thats annoying!
what are you supposed to do with just brakes??? Its like a dealer selling you a car without the master brake cylinder

See! That's why I just wait to hear all your experiences But ya a little dumb on their part to sell something incomplete.

That "controller" looks a lot like a brushed ESC.

Just received an email from them and the controller portion was either shipped seperatly or just sent out,
either way still a pain. So they do operate off of a controller.

passing judgement on the original post, lack of details and follow through, I suspected this would reflect on their level of service. i passed on ordering these for this very reason. i hope you get your controller and they operate correctly. cant imagine what headache one will have if there is a qc issue.

I emailed electron and they have a 2.75" wheel/brake coming out soon! i expect to see dreamworks stocking these stateside.

did they come with a manual or setup instructions?

I got mine from AMAX on Tuesday and the contoller showed up in a seperate package on Thursday. Both packages were sent from Hong Kong by DHL The wheels were shipped on 10/13 and the controller on 10/16 wheels arrived on 10/16 and the contoller on 10/18. Pretty darn good in my opinion. I hooked them up and they work great. No instructiond needed. my servo tester reads the activation point as about 1600 microseconds, about the middle of the pulse width range. no way that I can see to reverse the action without using a servo reverser on it but that would provide additional activation point control and I will probably do that anyway. They only cost about $10.00. I tested with a 2S 900mah battery and it worked just fine for a 90mm size jet.

I'll let you know how they really work when I get them installed on my 90mm F-18.

Finally some good info. Thanks.
1600usec.... is it gradual from there or is it a on/off kind of activation.
Sounds like these are intended to be on their own individual channel.
Either that or a matchbox solution.
