Maybe not prison, but surely you could be charged with willful negligence or gross negligence as by flying in a high traffic area you disregarded known safety issues.

Actually a fully charged lipo and prop spinning full speed will not cut you, I've tested this with a guy out at a field we fly at cause his little dog likes to chase his Champ and jump and grab it out of the air. So barring the dog getting the prop in his eye, it's pretty much safe.

Doesn't sound too good for the Champ though.

It is funny, I have a short video of it that I grabbed with my phone. He hates that plane. Oddly when we leave planes on the ground other than walking up and giving them a sniff he is uninterested in them until he sees that yellow champ.

I flew my UM Extra right into a guy at the Wings Over the Rockies model airplane expo. He goes "ouch, I hope you have insurance" and of I said "yeah I have insurance" but nobody was hurt, not even the plane
