I'm looking for motors brushed or brushless that fit these measurments...
I'm looking for better motors (brushed or brush-less) to replace these ones with,
 I would really appreciate it if someone could find a similar sized motor, I've tried but they rarely list the measurements.

They're both about dead on for a 2030 motor, 20 being the diameter in mm and 30 being the length in mm. Most brushless motors are listed with their can size as the motor type.

do you think it could actually be a 2430 motor? thats what i would be leaning more towards....
