Selling my steam plant.
Too many irons in the fire. I've run it on the bench 15 to 20 times....so 10 hours. Nicly broken in. $800 email if you think you're interested. Located in Beverly, Massachusetts
Coming from the live steam train side of things...we find that a water bath helps with gas pressure on those cooler days...ergo the walls around the gas tank. The engine is a Graham TVR1ABB, Boiler is MacSteam 3 1/2", gas tank by Mike as well. Valves , pipes by PM Research. Cheers |

Yes...complete as shown
 Not the motor, that was just to put a load on the steam plant while running.Fuel tank, boiler, engine, condensate tank, lubricator, whistle, pressure gage, relief valve, sight glass, check valve and all piping as pictured. And shipped assembled. $35 for shipping. I'll cover anything more. lvmosher@gmail.com. Personel check is OK. I'll ship as soon as check clears...2-3 days I imagine. |

Can anyone give me an idea of the current value of a Maxwell Hemmens Max II steam plant complete with whistle, gas tank and attenuator valve?
the plant has been bench run several times - horizontal boiler - still in like new condition.The tank and attenuator valve are still new in their boxes. Thanks |
