I think I know why the video is so good, because it's from the future! (judging by the 2048 date)... But yeah, I would like to know which camera you are using too bao, the image quality is excellent! Is it the #16?

That's true, the framerate could be better...but still, quite impressive for a micro camera mounted on the tiny X4!

Here is what I have found that will work so far to calibrate the Hubsan X4 transmitter sticks if required:

1. Press and hold the throttle stick in and then turn on the transmitter. You will see all the icons in the LCD on and the number 188. Release the throttle stick
2. Press the throttle stick momentarily and quickly in while it is in the full down position and the LCD will display 0.
3. Momentarily and quickly press the pitch/roll stick in, roll trim button left, pitch trim button down, throttle trim down, yaw trim right.
4. Press in the throttle stick momentarily and quickly and the LCD will display 100.
5. Rotate the pitch and roll and throttle and yaw sticks fully in a CW and CCW rotation for at least 2 times each way. Momentarily press the pitch trim up, roll trim right, throttle trim up and yaw trim left.
6. Press and hold the throttle stick in for at least 2 seconds until you hear a beep. At this point you can move the throttle stick up and down and the LCD should smoothly display 0-100.
7. Power off the Tx then power it on. Power on the X4. Carefully do a hand test to make sure the pitch, roll and yaw and throttle sticks are working normally.
9 .Have fun and fly safely!
Cheers,
Jim

Jim,
I need your help. I've tried to follow your instructions and now my X4 is uncontrollable. It might be the terminology used. When you say "throttle stick" I know that is the "throttle/rudder" stick, the left one.

The rest of your instructions are confusing me. Looking in the X4 manual and also in my DX8 manual, the right stick is "elevator/aileron". Is that the same as the "pitch/roll" stick, roll trim button I guess would be "aileron trim"?

Being a noob sure has its downfalls. If you could clarify the terminology, I just might get this little guy back on track. My X4 has always drifted to the right (a little aileron trim gets it back on course after recalibration). And, it has always wanted to go a little to the left when going forward, (I never have been able to fix that)

Please help me save face on this, thanks.

Hey all. Got my X4 from UJtoys, a US shipper. Super sporty even though I am hesitant on the framework being a unibody. I already broke an arm, which is fine for now with some CA, but I can tell I will need a crash kit soon.
DOes anyone know any US sellers of crash kits?

Thanks
