If you notice my Avatar,I am standing by the front wheel of a 775, one of 5 I assembled on the job site at the coal mines, you can barely see my service truck on other side, looks tiny next to that monster!

I built this for our annual Soapbox derby races down the loading ramp, all the different shops build a car, weighs up to 20 pounds and like little kids we race em.The owners come up and we then have a big BBQ lunch on the grills, I am in charge of pre show flybys..... I will get some video. I used split rippers as elevons and stuck a rudder inside mixed with ailerons to help it turn without rolling.Took some thought but it was enjoyable to build.

What the....? It FLIES?

Perhaps this is the perfect testament to the saying: "With enough power and the right COG, even a toaster will fly!"

CG was tricky.I knew everything needed to be upfront. looks like a Box Kite and flies like it,real slow. You just have to think outside the box.....
Hood and frame and top of cab are the "wings" and Horzontal stabs, Track frames are verticle stabs and ripper frames are elevons....Threw a rudder inside to help with turns also, kind of a thrust vector effect.

Absolutely right. I have no doubt that your 'dozer flies, and probably pretty well.
