Hi Brandon, your new Mustang looks pretty good!.....i've been wanting to get a 1.7 BBD, but when i saw this one, i ordered it immediately.....your posted pictures show what a nice plane it is, and your detailing and weathering really highlight it's beauty....way to go!

Thanks Phill, she's a great flyer, but it's a 1.4 not a 1.7. The 1.7's or (1700mm) I have are on a different thread.

Hi Brandon, i received my 1.4 Doll and it sure looks great!....i still have a V1 P-51, so looking over all the upgrades, and i can tell there are some good improvements.....my new Mustang is ready to fly, just waiting for a launch window.....i'll be weathering her up soon.....happy landings!

Hi Phill, she looks super, Yeah, I'm waiting for good weather here my self and just finished moving to a new location and house ...so needless to say, things are in a bit of disarray until I get the move confusion unconfused and set back up

The new V7.5 doesnt need nose weight like the V7. Might be that the new metal struts fixed the cg. Flew my friends with a 4s 3300 and flew great

Brandon could you please detail the two connectors to the wing you have done and show pics of each side and where you get them and what they are. They look a bit like balance plugs? There's a shed load of wires with the various retracts, gear dors, lights etc and this approach has a lot of merit for those who need to take the wing off to transport her. Cheers.

What I used is these. they were origionaly used on the 1700mm Mustangs. I replaced those on the 1700 mustangs with the ones used for the P38 since it had more connections and allowed me to use the old ones in the new V7 mustang.

Here is the link to them and they hook up the exact same way, you will need part 1 and part 2 as listed on Raymond's site
