These engines are not timed to perform a 4-2-4 break, although someone occasionally can make one do it.
The purpose of the 4-2-4 break is to maintain a constant airplane speed during stunt maneuvers. Many flyers use a relatively large, low pitched prop to accomplish a constant speed with a fairly constant RPM. George |
