Wow, what a great view there Scott! Looking smooth too.

I am loving this frame. I got a couple more flights in this morning. Just smooth and fun.

I was looking to build a new quad for FPV. I think this frame will fit the bill nicely!

You can't go wrong with this quad frame.
Out of all the ones I've built this is my favorite

Very nice video... Cool pass through the gate.I have not got up the nerve to fly through and between close items yet... I will get there though..

Here is a video I did, making some laps around the field.

Qrome, your low level flying is impressive. I have not practiced that much, my local ground is not forgiving to crashes. Fine silt everywhere is not so good for motor bearings...

Thanks Scott -- It is sure fun flying low. I know what you mean about the dirt and slit on the motors -- I try to avoid that as well.

Below are a couple of xRotor IFrames that some of the locals (Ben and Al) are flying at my park -- they don't post much so I snapped some photos for them on my phone.

Both are sporting the Suppo 2212-11 Motors and one with the Gemfan 8045 props and the other with APC props. The flight control boards are Bob's Super Simple Shields with genuine Wii Motionplus boards for gyro only flight. They are fun to watch and great pilots.

*Edit - the blue frame has 700 size Align landing skids. They run the length of the entire frame and look awesome. The clear coat frame is running the 500 size like mine.

Short video

Did a little video Sunday..... I finally got a train on my video.
It always seems to come by before I am ready to fly or just after I land.
This time I hit WOT to get the tail end on my video.

Nice job Craig, you were really booking it there. Nice smooth coordinated banking turns too. It takes a while for people to get away from the flat yaw turns that just skid around corners. It is nice to see.

Those Graupner props really help smooth things out in FFF. I find the Gemfans get quite a wobble as the speed increases.
Nice flight, I love the speed.

David, funny you mention the turns. I have actually had to learn how to skid turn, as I usually turn aggressively, and I felt it was too much for the videos. My ultimate aim is filming others, so high bank turns are a no-no. It is hard to keep the aircraft relatively flat and change direction. FPV makes this more difficult still.

Good point -- there is a purpose to the mode of flight for what you are doing. Your videos are always awesome. I know you come from an acrobatic background and learning smooth controlled flight with slow smooth turning is what you want. Often when people that don't fly watch the videos... they get motion sick. Not so with your videos.

Got some fall colors in this video.... Just wish I had noticed the smudge on my lens... Also had big cloud above that killed the brightness on the gopro.
Guess it is time to save up for the GoPro 3 and get bright better looking videos

Anyway here is the video...
