So put your requirements into one of the many search engines that are available on the Internet and all will be revealed!!
Nothing like a bit of DIY.

Try these:
General glider info: http://legacy.amaglider.com/

Possible UK source, Mike Woodhouse: http://www.freeflightsupplies.co.uk/

Stateside, the best source for kits is Stan Buddenbohm, but his catalog appears to be off line.

There was also a Swedish web site with lots of plans, maybe this will jog someone's memory.

Black Hawk Models makes two kits of Chuck Gliders. Zoomer with a 18" span and the smaller Gnat with a 14" span. Each kit is a balsa build and comes the clay weight. The Zoomer has catapult launch parts included. Den Saxcoberg on the isle of wight is the local dealer for Black Hawk Models.

Zoomer $10.00
Gnat $6.00
