SUNSKY = NO response, NO refund, NO money

I'm writting to you to warning you about SUNSKY.
I purchased Video transmitter and receiver from them, i received the packet, i tested it but the transmitter don't change the frequency. I told them, and they ask me to send it to them. I sent it with tracking number, they told me that they received the packet and they said that everything o.k and the trasnmitter works fine. from this moment, they stop to response to my messege and says that there is process of refund. i sent every few days message. until today - no response, no refund NO MONEY BACK.

We received your product,after test it,our engineer said it's ok,no any problem,so maybe because the way you used is wrong.

Any way,we will refund the payment which is $33.3 to your paypal,but please wait for more days since there is a process to apply for refunding money.

Please wait for more days as I told you there is a process to apply the refund.And we can't refund the shipping cost to you because this cost is not received by us,it's received by shipping agency,how can we refund the money which we didn't accpet.

I just had similar experience with AHAPPYDEAL
If any seller ask you to return bad item, SAY NO.
Open paypal dispute if you can and DO NOT close case before issue is solved, that is you get a refund, new item or new shipping confirmation.

Problem is paypal will side with the seller , and not give you a refund if you dont ship it back.

you pay your money and take a chance with any on line seller . in the uk if a bit is faulty it is down to the customer to pay to return faulty part (law -distant consumer act ) does not seen fair but thats how it is. i order a fair bit from hk ,banngood gearbest and lhs . lhs do not carry the range of stuff i may want ( story time-- ordered a 1 pcb from banngood in 2013 which did not turn up - no big deal. our main post office is being re-built . got a packet marked with a 2013 date stamp-- my pcb had got all the way from china to be lost on the isle of wight- such is life

it did his work great and it was a really cheap price.
So nice. i am happy with the car charger. i think Sunsky is not bad like others says. When you experience will find service is great.
