I made it the same day. Apparently I've ordered so much I always get the discount on certain items. The batteries is one thing he said was discounted so much that I already get the cheapest price on.

Looks like this thread has come cobwebs on it...time to brush them off. Been flying my F22 the last couple days, and having a great time with it! I'll put pictures up later, but I'm running a 2200mah battery, eflight 30a esc, and rctimer 2200kv motor with a 7x6 prop. I cut out a cockpit looking battery compartment so I could run the 2200mah battery without creating weak points in the fuse. I'm also able to run my smaller 1800mah battery too by putting it in the forward slot in the battery compartment.
Very affordable and loads of fun to fly! I'd be curious to see how others are setting theirs up. |

The weak spot is more than likely going to be in the main wing area between the servo and the prop cutout.

yeah, I thought about strengthening that area, but it flies so well the way it is and that coroplast is so durable I don't think I'm going to worry about it.

I adjusted my CG last Saturday but still haven't had a chance to fly it yet. Maybe tomorrow.

Whats the best prop on these bad boys for a Red CF2812 / 1534 motor 7/5 or 8/6 & I want one of the new models ready to load elects and fly, I'll bring the crap to finish it. thx, JJ |

I bet you would turn some pretty fast laps with an 8x6 but probably only a few laps at full throttle.

7x6 is the recommended prop with the red motor.
Some people have used higher kv motors that run smaller high pitched props and they'll go even faster. I don't know what motor that is though. |
