Thats a nice sized batch. Nice looking tomatos too. I've been having problems with good tomato crops for the last 3years because of a tomato blight. But I did get enough to make a nice large batch last month. My hands were burning for 2 days, even with wearing rubber glovers while doing the peppers. I think everything this year was from the garden frsh, except for parsley ( dries from last year) - I never had cilantro to use.
I lost my recipe sheet (but I did not follow closely because it was wimpy). This year I just followed the TLAR rule and I think its one of the better batches. I have some older jars from 2010 and they still taste good and retain the heat.
