I love the F-15 and have decided to build one for a single 90 mm fan this winter. Tired of buying the junk from China! I plan on making a glass fuse with foam cores.

Design objectives will have the beginner in mind. Lots of wing area and washout in the tips. No ailerons or flaps.

Looking for a good set of 3 views, Soon as I get them can start drawing plans.

goforit, Sounds like some fool project I would start! Seriously, if you think I can be of any help along the way, just PM me. If nothing else I can tell you what NOT to do! Good luck on finding the 3-views, real good ones with section views would be be best, also damn hard to find.

I don't know what your building experience might be, but having just made my own glass fuse, I would say that's not keeping " the beginner in mind". But, It can be done. You will also need to cut your own foam cores.

No ailerons or flaps. Just keep in mind the mechanics of building a flying stab!
In this case Size will matter. It will take some room to install that.

You will need to figure out your scale. And remember, EVERYTHING is based off that!
Just from my experience, you have a long road ahead.

Thank you for all for your suggestions and information. I did some mold work twenty years ago, sticker shock set in when I priced out materials at todays prices.

Kevin did build an F-15. It was the inspiration for my builds. I think there's a picture of it in one of my builds.
