John, your 119 looks beautiful in the air! No surprises here. And it looks like Nut flew it beautifully ... again, no surprises. You have got to be thrilled! Between the amazing pictures, beautiful bird, and superb flying, I'd say there are a lot of extremely talented people there!

My gut twisted when I saw the pictures of the 38. I sure hope it can be repaired!!

Andy's T-38 needed rescue/recovery from the eastern swamp!

Ordinarily I do NOT even take photographs of planes that have crashed. Just a personal thing with me as I much prefer preserving them when they were flyable. In this case the plane was in such a BAD place that I (as well as several others) did not think that the searchers might even find it - and even IF they DID find it I was very dubious about the recovery just because of the location it was in (very rough terrain) and the conditions caused by the previous nights weather. So i assembled my Solution and took off for some recon photos - just in case. As it turned out it was unnecessary as they DID find it and were able to recover all the parts.

Most of what I shot was video. I got a few still shots of the new efflux RC / Air Salley F-20. My wife got a few still shots with the camera. Tomorrow well put the telephoto lens on.
The F-20 has made about 4, very nice flights so far.
My new Mach EDF powered Viperjet maidened and flew well. The nose gear collapsed on landing from the weak structure, but it's repaired and will again tomorrow.
One of our Mach powered Habus flew well today as well.
I'll get the videos processed when we return home.

Thanks hawk. It flew straight off the board requiring one click left trim. I was amazed at how well it flew. It does require rudder/aileron coordinated for nice turns, those big booms sticking back there cause that I assume.
I was sick to my stomach as I watched the T-38's have their problems. One esc failure and the other had premature power problems. They are just absolutely gorgeous airplanes. Extremely talented people built those and their will much more coming from those two.
