I just recieved my replacement ImmersionRC 600 mw 5.8 video transmitter, after work I'll test it out. I hope it works, if not then I have some other problem (either the camera, which seems to work; or the reciever)

If you want you can send the Tx to me and I can test it, I have the same Immersion Tx as well.

I might just do that thanks for the offer. I'll do my test tonight with the new Tx and if it works then I know it's a problem with the other Tx. I'll let you know how it goes.

This is how I have it wired up

I'm really confused... The other day I tried to get my camera and transmitter working and it just wouldn't work, it seemed like a bad transmitter so I ordered another one...

So today my new one arrived and I'm setting up to test it, but before I do I decide to test the original one again. And it worked! W T F!!

haha, so now I have two transmitters...

I'm getting so close to my first FPV!!!

Titus,

Frame's mostly done - just waiting on the control and power systems now...was messing around with time lapse video for the build...

Fun Fun Fun!

I had a question on the rubber dampers - are they suppose to just sit flush to the frame with a space between them?

While you're using this time to contemplate all the many reasons why Mother Nature hates you - can I ask...

What do you have a for pre-flight checklist?

For what it's worth, I just realized that rctimer never sent me a confirmation on my controller...I checked on another site and it said the v1.1 AIO is 4-5 weeks backordered.

I have a naked frame and no electronics The motors arrived today and they all checked out thankfully.

I haven't worked out a pre-flight checklist yet, but I check all the usual suspects. Motor screws, prop tightness, battery charges, connectors and plugs...

bummer about the backorder..

Here's some pictures of my ground station.

2200 Lipo, FrSky FLVS Lipo Voltage Sensor,
Foxtech M800 monitor
ImmersionRC Uno 5.8 Ghz Rx with Bluebeam Whip Antennas
DV01 Wireless Receiver DVR (AV in from Uno Rx)

Laptop running APM planner with 3DR radio.

The little DV01 makes for a good secondary display and backup monitor

I just discovered something cool about the FrSky FLVS lipo sensor.

I'm running independant batteries for the FPV gear and the quad with a FLVS sensor connected to each battery. I was thinking about the data in/out ports on the frsky and realized I could monitor both batteries with the FrSKY telemetry screen. Only problem is that the telemetry screen shows the data as a 6S battery, but it's the single cell voltage readout that matters.

1, 2 and 3 are from the Tx battery
4, 5 and 6 are the quad's battery
