While all that bodywork may make it look prettier to some it will vastly degrade flight performance for all. There is no such thing as a quad being too light to fly well, but too heavy is definitely a consideration. Not to mention the manufacturer is claiming brushless motors when they are most definitely not, who knows what else they may be fibbing about (like its ability to leave the ground).

Theyve changed it to "coreless" been mentioned a few times and weight can help with stability especially at this size.

While there are speculations on its "poor" performance (LOL?), we can always refer to videos that, in my opinion, is more useful that wild speculations. The quad appears to be flying well in the videos, especially the part where it skims the water surface.

Then again, skeptics and critics who somehow hated the quad may claim that's CG effects or camera tricks... oh well! I wonder what other speculations can they conjure to put down the quad, especially when they don't have first-hand knowledge of it!

It was enough reading that post to inform me that the poster doesnt really know what hes talking about.

Parts availability right now looks zilch, even on Hubsan Web sight. This mini quad may give the other ladybug clone a run for the money. Its nice to see some originality. Before I shell out the bucks , I will need to see spares, and a few reviews.

I noticed it doesn't come with LEDs so we can't fly it in the dark.

At 6cm i wouldnt fly it in the dark lol but that option would be nice for others.

I'm still hoping this is a manual flip quad. It would be a true stepping stone to a hobby grade quad. Video looks promising in that regard or maybe it's just wishful thinking. But in the opening of the video when all four are trying to do flips in unison, a couple were able to complete the flips and one or two just skyrocketed up leaving the assumption that the maneuver wasn't successful.....or could just be evidence of sketchy auto flips. But I rather believe the former.
