I have my baby bee motor since 1992. I always wanted to build a RC plane for it (we used to fly control line) and I think I'm ready to do so now. I have 2 x 9g micro servos, and will probably use a small 2S Lipo + 5v Ubec for the electronics, just to save a few grams.

Id like to build a flying wing design from EPP foam, but I'm not sure how big I should build it. What wingspan should I aim for? Also, should it be designed a pusher or standard pull config?

Any input greatly appreciated.

It's roughly 500 square inches (3 250 sq. cm) at a 36 inch wingspan (910 mm). A 3/4 scale of it (27 inch span - 690 mm) would be roughly 280 square inches (1 800 sq. cm), which IMO is about the Baby Bee's speed. Motor up front helps with balancing.

Anyway, food for thought, YMMV* ....

The Das Wonder would suit. A search would likely come up with a plan. I saw a tiled one come up a while ago. It is for an .06 Norvel, but would likely be ok with a BBee. Also a Cheap Delta by Crazy Herb. It is a 1/2" blue foam basic delta flying wing 36" span 24" long. He says 3/4" pink foam but another spinoff plan says the thinner blue is better.
