Pugsam - If the only problem is making up your mind, then the answer is obviously BOTH. My problem is that I have x amount of budget, and x times 1000000000000 worth of must haves. Jeez, here's where I sit right now.
Must have:
- New PZ corsair
- Sbach AS3X
- Nano CPX
- Spitfire AS3X
- All those #$%^&*( "deals" that keep showing up in the classifieds.

So, the equation is: IF Wants > $$$ > Will power, then Marriage = NULL

The problem is, I really like my wife.

LHS says probably Monday. Was hoping to maiden it today. At 8 - 17 MPH, the wind is perfect. That's about what it was I maidened the V1S, V1B, and B3D, so it's only fitting that the S3D should get the same treatment - right?

+ ∞

Also, another factor in my equation is storage space!

ps - I was tempted to say, "I really like your wife, too!" .....But I decided not to. (Some decisions are easier than others.....)

Well, that's why I like the UMs so much! I can store 12 of them in the same space it take to store my Beaver and my big FPV rig....

Got mine - now trying to decide whether to maiden or not. Wind seems to be about 12mph, but gusty and very inconsistent. I'm not an old hand at this stuff and therefore not as confident as some here. Just started last year and this is more or less my first summer of being able to fly without frequent crashing. But I have not completely gotten rid of the dumb thumb disease.

Maiden done - all's well, no scratches or dings. Weather was not cooperative though. Wind was terribly gusty. It would push the car around driving to field. Probably not much over 15 mph tops, but would change speed in a second I'm guessing anywhere between 5 to 15-18. It was enough that it would move the Sbach around, but it never got completely out of sorts. If you caught the wind just right, I could fly it in place into the wind. Didn't try anything fancy and didn't press my luck. Flew about 4-1/2 minutes with a nanotech 180 and showed 3.97 volts when I got home, so ought to go 6 minutes or so easy on these. I'll wait for better conditions to carry on.

Edit: put 79ma back in battery, so that's not bad at all.
