FS in US: Dean's Marine 1/72 LSM with many extras
This is the deluxe kit (includes motors and mounts) PLUS additional brass frets and detail information from John R Haynes. John developed the prototype model and the original kits included brass built-up ramps. The current kits do away with a lot of the brass to reduce the price and include a solid slug resin ramp. If you know what an LSM ramp looks like, you realize that it's impossible to make a solid cast ramp look right, which is why John's built up brass ramp is included. Also included are five aprtially built up but unpainted Shermans (three with 72 Calibre waders), Haynes lighweight 20mm mounts and a WEM 40mm for late war variants, measure drawing, GLS resin dinghy and some other stuff. Well over $1000 tied up in this as it sits. I cut out most of the sheet styrene parts but haven't started construction. $500 + actual shipping from MA 01451.
