I made a 2s 250mah pack into a 1s2p 500 mah pack for my Helios this evening. Goodbye regulator!

Make sure yr rx is happy on 1 cell by letting the cell go to 3.8v and then wiggle all servos to test for any brown out issues, most are fine but you dont wanna find out in the air that yours is not lol.
Bet your flying time will increase by more then double cause the servos will draw less current, on my 1200mah pack I have flown for 4 and a half hours and still only used 350mah or so if I remember right, the volts were still at 3.9v any way!

I am headed out to fly my Blaster 3 in about an hour!
Made a new stand for it on Saturday and 4 ballast sticks!
Put a build on here for the ballast sticks!
Flew my Blaster on Sunday. Conditions were gloomy and dead air but was fun! Practiced launch and landings and a few loops!

Flew with Matt and jroc at bfp, great weather!
I'm doing good now with qt's -finally !! Had a mental block for a long time but really enjoy qt's now. Quite naturally , more practice needed .
