My Story
I just started this hobby in July. Somehow I went directly from a $20 to spending over a thousand dollars buying everything I needed to get into aerial photography with a mulltirotor.
I fly a Multiwiicopter Steal Metal Armour Reconn. As of the beginning of September, it's seen 80 flights (last 10 were FPV) and lots of crashes. ![]() Here's my backpack Ground Station: ![]() This thing is a lot of fun, I wish there were more multirotor and/or FPVers in Los Angeles. PM me if you fly Multirotor FPV in SoCal. |

Yeah, it's fun. My goal once I build up my skills is to fly FPV in desolate some urban / industrial areas. I saw your comments on your blog about 5.8, which I am running. Hopefully it won't become an issue for me.

Oh well... I figured I would be doing a lot of experimenting. Upside is that is stuff usually holds its value well.
