i have seen those mercury's in action, and have been flying with them all summer, very reliable,numbers they post are pretty close to real world values as well.
As far as roll control,why not use something close to the real deal.some kind of integrated ducting to piping that runs out to the wing tips. controlling the flow by a valve.
no extra weight,for air tanks.Will the thrust be there? not sure,but restricting the piping size as it travels along the wing should work for increasing thrust out of the wings tips

mixjsj, I can see you have a good start on the mechanical side of this build, but I don't think you have given much thought on how complex this fuse is going to be to build the way you want!!
Question? How long a time do you figure it will take to build this?
I realize that right now you are working out how this will can be done. Once you have made it that far, now you have to figure out how you are going to put it all inside the fuse and make it work!
Having recently made a plug and glassed it myself, I know what you are looking at.

want know how to fiberglass correctly ?-----I just dissolve 30min EPOXY(fluid sate) in methy alcohol. Is that correct way? If not, is there any standard combinationof materials?
You will absolutly need a good epoxy resin/hardener. And I would foget about using carbon fiber for the fuse.
