The wing is shifted a long way forward from scale but I guess that's not a bad thing. And it's not like I'm trying to make it really scale anyway.

It's been a while since I've built a bagged wing so it's about time to give it another go.

Still no supplies for the rest of the mould. Man I hope they show up tomorrow.

Are you using Vinylester Resin or Epoxy resin for the fuselage mould Jordan?

Earlier in the week-
-2x gelcoat (resin+talc+pigment)
-While it was still sticky I pressed on some light glass and dusted with flocks.

Today-
Splooge in the sharp corners
5x 10oz glass
3mm coremat on the flange
5x 10oz glass

But it's the first time I've used this layup for a mould so we'll wait and see how it turns out.

Hey Jordan, I am enjoying this build - coming along nicely.

LOL, I thought of you last Saturday - right in the middle of a freakin' airshow.

Cool. Which airshow was it?

I've just been watching a Tim Wallis documentary that Dad sent over. Some nice warbird footage on there..... and he sent me a John Britten doco too. Awesome.
