Hi Nancy. I have spent thousands of dollars with BH and dont see why you cant just grab a set of ESC's from one thats in stock and get them in the mail. When mine show up.....just put them back and call this case closed ?.This airplane has been sitting for months and cost $ 300.00

As long as there is a ready supply of first time customers, businesses, especially online ones, will struggle to stay in business without much concern for repeat customers and after sale service. I'm getting ready to buy a new car and trying to find a reputable dealer. After reading online reviews, I feel like keeping and driving my near-antique Toyota wagon.

Hello Sonic.

Thank you for the case number.

Unfortunately, there's still no EDA for the ESCs; however, what we can do at this time is that we will pull 2x ESC from a brand new KIT. I will keep you posted once this is done so that you'll know when it leaves our facility. I do apologize for the wait.

Good afternoon wayfaringdreamer.

I'm unsure to what you mean by "edit".
Is there something I can assist you with?
