Billy, how big are the wheels? Will it operate off grass? Also interested in slow flight performance.

Thanks, Dave.

Your right! The TP 6600's will fit, I didn't think they would. In fact the TP 7700's are a little tight but they fit to. I'm really lovin this xXx, my Spark is going to get real jealous when flying season starts

BTW guys, if any of you use the TP split link packs the 4mm bullet that is used melts off at 165A! It happened to two separate new packs during a high amperage comparison test I was doing: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...3#post23223191

Expand the test results and see the note. When I changed the connector to 6mm the packs handled 198A without problems and actally increased performance.

My wife got me an Extreme RC fan and motor for mine. Should sound and perform awesome in this! A guy posted he is getting 17.5lbs thrust at 110 amps installed in an NTech panther.

Hey Joe

Aren't the 4mm connectors rated at 90 - 100 Amps?

That sounds about right, pretty silly of TP to use them on a 5000/65C pack that is supposed to produce over 200A. They pretty much fell right off at 165A, kinda suprised me since TP is the big name. At first I thought it was a fluke but when I slapped a second pack in it did the same thing.

Here are some images of the recently released color schemes:

For those who don't like the XXX's, the models can be ordered without them.

Kind regards,

Clifford
