Starting at 40 seconds? Looks like the 1:200 Nichimo German Type IX sub. The kit comes motorised as a free diver and the hull is in sections for easy access to the battery box. I've seen it rc'd before. Small but do-able.

Instructions?
Can you tell me what servos, motor, transmitter, etc. you use for your 1:350 boats? I am a novice who would like to build r/c ships like yours, but I don't know where to begin. Thanks in advance ...

Well, they are going to be micro size servos, micro receivers and transmitters (radios) are oh so cheap these days. Figure on 180 and 130 size motors for 1/350 battleships and larger models.

RC plastic model conversion has grown in popularity in recent years no doubt to the recent surge in availability of smaller components. Build threads seem to be few and far between in the western world so I "trawl" for subject matter here:
