First fpv.off to a bad start.

Well thought i would get into fpv,
so i ordered one of these last week from foxtech.

http://www.foxtechfpv.com/58g-400mw-vtxrc805-p-551.html

Thought i would EMS the items I purchased to speed things up.,
anyway parcelforce turned up at my door with a parcel in a see through bag
sealed with a cable tie.and a nice letter this morning.

so anyway i go back inside and have a look ,coud'nt believe it on closer inspection the box was crushed at one end and looked like it had a tear down the side, and looked to be covered in tape.
had a look inside,oh my god there was only a 1 av lead,a power lead and 1 antenna, not bad for 81.
There was no reciever or transmitter and whatever else should be included.
i am proper gutted.can't believe my luck..was hoping to get out flying this weekend.
Have contacted foxtech to see what can be done.
here's a couple more pics.
someones messed up big time.

cheers jabba.

Why the hell did they DISPOSE of some of your stuff? Why do they get to judge if something is worth keeping or not? It would take a LOT of force to break a transmitter/receiver, some of those things are inside metal cases. Maybe they could've been repaired. They would've been good to have so you can send pictures and whatnot to Foxtech etc. I mean, wow.

They didn't. At least, not on purpose. "Disposed" means lost. They broke it and
lost all the stuff. Good times.

Wow that really sucks. I guess I have been really lucky with shipping from China because never had any problems either. The only time I've had problem with shipping, was when I ordered an SD card from usa, the envelope was beat up and the card had slipped away never to be found. Luckily the seller sent me a new one. Hope that you will get all of this resolved and in air no time

What utter Bullsh17!!!! That freight company had no right whatsoever to remove and "dispose" of your items at all! Regardless of their condition, its there job and only their job to send you what was in that carton! Id be seeking legal advice even if it was only 81 quid!

The nerve of some people!!

For a laugh, cut up a piece of newspaper to the size of five or ten pound note and include them in your Christmas cards you send this year. You'll be amazed how many arrive 'accidentally opened then resealed' by Royal Mail

The language of their form letter is confusing, but there is an "or" in the
sentence, where they say they had to dispose *or* place in new packaging.
In this case they clearly placed in new packaging whatever wasn't already
lost. I'm sure they didn't throw away any electronics. They'd only
dispose of contents if they were soft damaged food items or spilled liquids.
