Russ - Stone1295 (Mike) shared the Kenmore Air - Edo float info link back in post 2405 and I found the logo while perusing, OK I'll admit it, I strayed, I found it in the SUPER CUB float parts manual! Nice job on cleaning that up, it looks great!

I received my custom vinyl graphics set from Callie Graphics today for the Beaver and I have to say, I'm impressed! Really nice qualiy, fast service, and very reasonably priced! If you thought that custom vinyl decals were out of reach - send her what you've got and get a quote, you may be suprised!

Just right click on the Zip icon and choose "save target as" then you can download the zipped file to your hard drive.
Thanks alot !! I just downoded it and just started flying it
Do you consider this more like the Beaver to fly than the others ?

Today I got my wings back from Germany (sent the ones with faulty flap back to them a week ago). And seem to be perfect
Excellent service from Staufenbiel, I can really recommend them !!

@ cubcrafter60

Which graphics did you get from Callie? I contacted her a couple of weeks ago and at that time she had only done 2 Beavers; one in the Kenmore Air scheme and one in the Evening scheme.

I was hoping to get a couple of the EDO floats (thanks for cleaning that up) to complete my plane.

Hi, Robin:

Well, that's fine .. I'm sure EDO didn't care what kind of aircraft thier floats went on .. which is why I think that logo is more original, albeit vintage, which is fine, too.

Nice job on cleaning that up, it looks great!

Thanks .. it took about 35 hours .. between Microsoft Publisher and PhotoShop. A guy that knows what he's doing probably could have done it in 10 min ?!?

What do you think about the colors ?

Does Callie Graphics do self-stick vinyl .. print-on decal film .. both .. other ??

Not sure about decal film but defintely does vinyl with a sticky back. She can do different thcknesses to suit your needs.

I've ordered from her a couple of times by selecting from her site but haven't done any custom graphics.

Work continues on my Beaver #2
today I install 3 new servos
1 HS65HB for the Flaps
2 HS82MG for rudder and elevator
Because they were a big bigger I had to enlarge the servo mounting slots.
That was a bit of a hand full but its done.
Installed a Spectrum AR600C coated receiver and worked on my 2 light module, the belly strobe and the Wig Wag landing light module.
Its going well

I like the idea of cutting the door open for access. I has the added benefit of allowing you to place a camera there for in flight vids.

I'd just leave the door off for camera work.

Something like this, but the view would be a realistic view from the cabin.
