Paul, where did you get the muff for the transmitter? It's down in the mid 40's here in Arizona and my wife's hands get cold when she flies.

You want me to put my Spektrum DX8 in a Turnigy bag?? Probably crash for sure!

Have you put servos on your flaps yet?? I would prefer that to a single servo. Still undecided about buying a Beaver. Been flying EDF jets, F-35 and a Rebel 70, so I don't know if I could fly something so slooooooooooow!

Check out dimensionengineering.com and the DElight controller. This is the route I was planning on taking but since I haven't even bought the plane yet it will be a while before ill have a chance to play with it. One thinkin g I did do and highly recommend doing is downloading the programming program (for free) and play around with it. Up to 8the channels and endless possibilities!!

Ok, my Beaver is under the tree and I can hardly wait and have been reading this thread for weeks. I just found out tonight that this plane doesn't come with a battery. Is there a Turnigy of not so expensive battery that fits this plane? I guess I will also need charger leads for the Venom!

I have Eflite 1800's and 2200's here at the house but all have the EC3 plug. Is there an adaptor or do I need to cut off the super tigers and soldier an EC3 on the ECS? I guess theres no Turnigy's with the ST's?

Or you could always buy an E-flite ESC that already has the EC-3 connector for the bird...
