Mike and I had a windy practice day in Delaware.
When I unpacked the planes I realized I had not touched my FS3 since the Gator contest in February - how times flies.

We got tons of flights in, thanks to Gerald for pressing the buzzer. Our best times were 13.6s and 13.4s for Mike and myself, respectively. Lots of cuts since we had no clue where base B is...

Mike's new beefed up Shooter (more spar and more material in fuselage) looked very good in the strong wind.

Hi guys,

Okay so for you guys who are entered, I need to know who is on what team so that I can begin making the matrix. Also, because we will have more volunteer help on Saturday and Sunday, I would really like to run as many distance rounds as possible during those days.

At this time, it appears that we have one entry who has cancelled. Sorry he cannot be in the contest. We're going to start this party in just 10 days!

I may have 2 - 3 people that may be able to volunteer for a day each...

Is there a better day for them to come?

I would imagine Monday would be hard to have volunteers. I have one that may be able to come monday. But I have possibly two others that might be able to come for one day.

Is there a better day for them????

Hi Tim,

The most productive days will be the weekend days as that's when I plan on running most of the distance and duration rounds. So, if they are good for the weekend, that would be great!

So it has been a while since my last F3B TS and I am really excited to get back to it.

I will be out this Saturday further dialing in my Freestyler3. I can certainly say the toys have improved greatly since I last flew B and wow what an amazing difference in flying capability these planes exhibit. Anyway, I am really proud to fly with the rest of the group and can't wait to practice for the next TS in two years.
