yes , they pretty much fly free-flight every wed ....and some sats ....
this location is kinda ironic , i told some of the " b " guys about it a few years ago , no one seemed interested .... wanna know another spot ? its where Tristen flys ..... |

Did the dates change from Oct 19-21 to Oct 27-29? Are the days now Sat to Mon instead of Fri to Sun? just curious as I am trying to schedule as a helper.

Flying to Perris... Anyone have any experiences getting models through SNA? That looks like the closest airport. And I can get a direct flight on United. I have no experience with this airport. And it can't be worse than LAX.

United tends to go through Denver, American via DFW.

SNA (John Wayne) vs LAX
John Wayne Airport is much smaller than LAX (three terminals) but has good parking fairly efficient services, excellent access to the freeways. Check out Southwest for favorable rates on baggage. Ontario is closer but there may not be as many travel options into there.

Not to mention the fun factor of SNA and its 5,000' runway...with the carrier landings and the 50 degree takeoff AOA.

Well, I am getting pretty stoked for this event. DZ joined us last weekend for some serious practice. It was a blast.
