Ehhhh!
dont know whats happened, i ve been subscribbed but no notifications during this 2013!...
great build Terry!
2 things:
i see the edfs a litle small...not a problem if they can pull the model fast enogh to get in the air...or you have a long, long runaway...
2) where's the speed control location? in the duct inlet? outside? one esc for both fans? i think is one per fan.
Very good! (as always)
Saludos y abrazos!

Hi JuanFe, remember my Scimitar much the same size flew on 70`s with two ESC`s. You can just see them hung in the breeze under the nose with strakes to protect them if a belly landing is required.I think 90`s are overkill but the jetpipes look scale.
Began skinning nose.Pic showing wiring.

your build look light as heck, im sure 2x70mm hot setups would fly this.

I would love to be able to work on this scale. You ve done an excellent job so far, and off some crude 3-view drawing to boot.

Carried out an interim weight check. My target was under 10lb.
Fuselage minus flight pack with just a few panels and receiver and paint 5.5 lb
Tail unit 1lb
Wings 1/2lb each.
Total 7.5lb

Relieved great grampy.
