Lance the sociopath...

http://justnotsaid.blogspot.com/2010...armstrong.html

Quote:
Armstrong was born to Linda Mooneyham, a secretary, and Eddie Charles Gunderson of Norwegian ancestry, a route manager for The Dallas Morning News. He was named after Lance Retzel, a Dallas Cowboys wide receiver. His father left his mother when Lance was two and has two other children from another relationship. His mother later married Terry Keith Armstrong, a wholesale salesman, who adopted Lance in 1974. Linda has married and divorced three times. Armstrong refuses to meet his birth father and has described Terry Armstrong as deceitful.

There's certainly enough dysfunction there to explain Armstrong's personality. He never really knew his own father, and now refuses to speak to him. His mother has married and divorced three times, an indication that she may not have been that easy to deal with herself. Armstrong even describes his adoptive father as deceitful.

Oh the irony in that !.

I don't understand.... cancer awareness is just the beginning? Now it's mental health? Now Lance can lecture about recognizing psychopaths for $150K.

BTW, Lance Rentzel was married to Joey Heatherton until after he was arrested for exposing himself to a 10 yr. old girl.

People are going to either Love or Hate Lance Armstrong.

I'd bet for as many as people they sway from the Love to the Hate field, the USADA will garner as much dislike and hate.

My Point is, I think the USADA needs to make it about drugs and doping rather than turning this whole thing into a personal vendetta. It'd probably have way more success as a program in the long run. Just my opinion though.

Also, the USADA needs to act like a government agency instead of a rogue operator. It's exactly what you don't want in a government sponsored police agency. All the power of the government agency, none of the restrictions.

Lance posted a pic on twitter of him laying around with his 7 jerseys. Talk about taunting.

Yesterday's news is history. If we don't study history we are doomed to repeat our errors.
Plus he's still a scumbag who hasn't once admitted doing anything wrong, ever.
Totally in denial. And that isn't good for him.

If you don't think someone will always try to find an edge to win you a kidding yourself. No amount of history will change that. That is pure human nature.

Lance will never admit anything. If he does it puts millions of dollars at risk for him. He would be a fool to admit anything.
