its a awesome idea for sure. but it looks like the jetfan blades were copied for thier low pitch blades. the high pitch blades look like a original design.

Oh...I see what you mean Corsair nut. I just noticed the different pitch blades. I see the ones that looks JetFan style...and the other blades look Arson style. Just a coincidence right.

It will be a long month to wait to get one of these!

Tooling was done few months ago, couple time of adjustment and fine trim on tooling. We also send few samples to tester for testing couple time ago, but we ask them don't to disclose until new product announcement. I think everyone have similar idea on their mind, right? but someone make it happen faster than other, that simple.

I ran mine with rounded intake lip and the white noise is as loud as I've heard out of any fan even without an intake lip.

With a very balanced rotor the turbine high frequency like whistle can be heard at lower RPMs also so when you're taxing the sound is VERY VERY nice depending on motor of course and how well balanced the rotor is.

What motor is going to turn that 10 blade rotor at 150,000 RPM????? and how many watts to do it??? And for that matter, what motor is going to turn an 18 blade at 70,0000 RPM and at what watts??? And while I'm questioning it why won't this one explode like my 12 blade CS fan???

Ming Lou, are you aware that Change Sun's reputation has been badly damaged by the exploding 12 blade 90mm fans at as little as 2KW, 30,000 RPM and you expect this 18 blade to turn 70,000 RPM? Why is this one able to turn over twice the RPM and why cant the blades for the 12 blade be made out of the same material???

I want an answer on this too...

we definetely want an 8mm adaptor and some good insurance that the blades will hold on because most probably these fans are going in expensive planes.

If they cannot recognise the previous problem then they won't be able to fix it on this fan

those numbers cant be real I took that as a typo and another thought do we have esc's that have switching rates that will support that high of rpm.......has to be a mistake
