The material is White strong little flexible plastic. You can cut, drill and making threads in it.

Is that a Spanish Bird, Kjell...???

Good to see the progress continues, I see you have changed to a horizontal shaft set-up - good move (common / shared parts = less weight.)

I am waiting on Some 3D Printed parts - (from a local source) to curb my weight obsesion.

Keep up the good work..

Mike..

Kjell , Does your bird ( in the next video) flies with equal up / down flapping angles under / over the horizontal line .I mean with 0 degree average dihedral?
Thanks in advance

Kjell ,thanks a lot .Now we know, there is for sure at least one( and maybe Willy Mueler's as well) ornithopter which flies with 0 degree average dihedral.I suspect it is more difficult to pilot it than machines with some average dihedral and as we know you ,you are much, much more designer than pilot but you cope great with piloting in the video .Just it is too short.

Thanks again

Otto

My small W-Bird test.
The plastic printed Wiggle parts have now been tested. After 4 hours flying test in my rotating test bench, flapping at 4Hz. The result is good. There are no signs of wear in the plastic parts.
