Twinjet with permax 400BB. Good Idea?
I am looking for a power system for my Twinjet. Brushless would be the best for performance money aside. How about the permax 400BB? According to the pcalc program on the website FlyDMA.com, it is almost as powerful as a brushless but not as efficient. It is not an expensive motor. Is anyone familiar with this engine.

The motor is basically identical with the Graupner Speed 480BB. It is not a cheap motor and as I mentioned "times and times before", these kind of motors don`t like to be used as pushers. The rear ball bearing is not designed to take axial loads plus the heat being close to the commutator.
