After work, although a bit misty it was good calm weather, so I smeeked in a couple of laps of the cricket field. With a little fine tuning she now flies beautifully I kept a little throttle on for the landing - just settled her down, and cut the throttle when the tail was down. Probably won't get tha right again, but it was most satisfying

A good sugestion Emma, but I did a Waco YKC a year or two ago, and it gave me nightmares! Mostly becasue I tackled something a bit ambitious, but its put me off the Waco cabins. And the cowl is the botom of a plastic bottle

What about a scale motor glider

Hi Al

This is one of my favorites I still have a veron 72" one hanging from my garage roof that one day I might, just might get down and convert to electric flies well all balsa construction and must be 40 years old now initially powered by an AM2.5 diesel and we put a enya 19 in it . Ive taken the motor out and cleaned it and it wants a week of tlc . I bought it secondhand for 15 about 1976 and flew it for 4 years . mintie had a built long on this one

Some fun

Well, I took the yellow thing (no4., or The bee) and this one out today in a bried gap in the weather. After an eventfull flight with the other one, the bipe flew really well. She can actually really get going, and is very easy to fly. I experimented with the rudder. All it seems to do is mak her waggle a bit for some reason? The landing alo caught me out, after the long flat glide of the Bee, this one drops like a brick. Anyway, plenty of fun

Hi Owl

How about a variation of a 30's racer but in bipe plane form. That is what the Solution is - variation of the Gee Bee. How about a bipe Hugh's-1?

Just a thought.

Sean.

Wow! that is awesome!!!!! Going to have to look for 3 views, but it looks almost like a Sundowner with an extra wing! Also, square wing tips are good! A thirties racer is also on. . . .

Now I'm pondering
