if i use a 2.4 ghz fpv system and my dx5e will they interefere with each other.

and also is there a way to make my dx5e get more range?

Your assumptions are correct; you will not be able to use the two units together.
Look into 5.8Ghz for downlink or there may be other systems on different frequency’s available to you in your county.

Whats the reason? I mean, what if somebody is using 2,4 in a other device next to you?
I use 2,4 for controller and 900 for fpv, just getting my new 5,8 500mw for Fpv.

is 500mw powerfull enouph on like 900mhz, or would like 1000mw be better.

I cannot verify, but I have heard and it makes sense that as long as you turn camera tx on first it should work. It should force the radio to use a different channel than the video is using. I wouldn't test the theory on anything you can't afford to lose though

You can use 2-2,4Ghz rc radios or telemetry equipment together, but you cannot use a 2.4GHz video system and a 2.4GHz rc radio as the video system will get interference from the rc radio.
