Hobby King improves refunds?
I have been a long time complaintiff of HKs refund practice, to the point I have stated here that it seemed a deliberate practice by HK to discourage customers returning goods.
Well, they may have changed.
I sent back four items last week and within 2 days of their receipt, 3 items were credited. A few days later, the 4th done
So, it seems like they are listening?
If this is to become their permanent policy, then this is all HK needed (IMO) to round them off as the # 1 world internet RC supplier

Good for you and HK,i read a good few months back on the HK twitter feed that they had revamped there CS and trained a lot of new staff,so it could be we are seeing this is coming true and there CS is getting better.
Still no matter how good they get you will always read negative post about them because a lot of people will always moan when something goes wrong but hardly ever say when it goes right,so good on you for posting your new findings.
