Its actually a MIG1 to be exact fly's extremely nicely

The Mig 7 as I recall had a swept leading edge with nearly a straight T/edge however I may be wrong

Interesting. I've been tossing up on corflute as a way to build large scale cheaply, but I was turned off when a small electric project flew like a brick.

You could call it a Mig-1,Mig-3,Mig-5,or Mig-7 its not a real accurate scale build but it is allot of fun flying it, not bad for under $100.

Spar is made from hardwood and is tapered.



All made from 3mm except control surfaces and tailfeathers.
Horizontal stab is 3 and 5mm glued together tailfin is 5mm
Control surfaces are 5mm

The wonderfull world o corlute. It gives something cool to do with the electronics in our busted up planes or for others cough cough codger an almost indestructible and inexpensive way to learn to fly like a madman.

From floating around on a quiet day to ripping up the sky in 100+kph combat
no streamers after all its only plastic but it will take on the best of the store bought models and from my experience will come out ahead not only in price but
also performance.
