lol, nice! I don't have a huge budget for this, but what I do have I try to get the most out of, which is the reason I build my planes. It's way cheaper. Actually, I was just the lucky recipient of a Castle Creations Phoenix 35A ESC from Anixs on the free forums. The giveaway was for a Castle Creations Phoenix 25A, but he asked if I wanted a 35A instead!

I've got the xp I'm going to put a 5030 on it soon for more power and so it can actually do KE lol.

Mine is soooo close to being able to KE. If you fly it in a circle around you it will do it just fine. I have not been able to get it to KE straight, even with SFG's.

I don't let myself spend a whole lot on RC. Which is why I have put the $1K I earned into savings. I did just place an order with HobbyK*ng, a lipo and a few other staples.

Crap... I keep going back to gas vs electric on my 72".... I'll prolly go gas so I don't have to charge lipos :/
