No not yet , wind has been a bit wrong direction for the good slopes and then I also had to work on some weekends. Try maybe next weekend it is ready to go , but right now I have also got engrossed in a scale glider build.

Maiden flight a success
I finished this sailplane some time back and have waited for the right time and conditions to do the maiden flight.
So on saterday nice warm day with 20km westerlies it was time to maiden it.
It was launched almost straight into lift off a fairly small slope and is a real floater, at times when I had thermaled well downwind and had some height , I add a few clicks of down and it slowly makes head way in about 40 kms of wind, once the thermal feed gust abates she penetrates well, but really is more of a floater than a speed demon.
Maiden flight ended in a perfect landing , by bleeding off height and speed with some big zig-zags and floating down exactly where I wanted.
Time on the clock 1 hour and 22mins somewhat of a personal record for a maiden flight.

Hey Mike, I must congratulate you on a fantastic job. That plane flew like a dream and certainly picks up the slightest of lift and has great manners. Love the colour.
I will mail you the pics I took. The launch video I took needs a fair amount of work as its not great in its raw state.
Again, well job. Your work is awesome.
