The g sensor would be a fun thing to have. The first one is probably too heavy and will break easily. Maybe someone has vids of the second one on youtube? Even wtih 1080p, the video quality can be poo just because someone decided to spend that $2 on cheaper lenses on manufacturing line.

The second one looks cool, I can definitely use that as a spy cam! I didn't like the original keyfob, 640x480 wasn't enough for me...
